Development Review Committee (DRC)

The Development Review Committee (DRC) is comprised of various departments throughout the City. Our role is to ensure compliance with regulations and guide development within the City. The DRC meets on Wednesday mornings at 9 a.m. at the Chehalis-Centralia Airport. Agenda packets are routed to the staff, necessary agencies, and developers and placed on the website the week prior to the meeting. The DRC reviews applicant conferences, site plans, and other development considerations that require interdepartmental review.
