City Attorney

The City Attorney's Office provides a variety of professional legal services to the City Council, staff, boards and commissions of the City of Chehalis. These services include the prosecution of state and local laws in the Chehalis Municipal Court; preparation and review of ordinances, resolutions, contracts, leases, easements, deeds, and other legal documents; legal research and opinions on federal, state and local laws and court decisions, attendance at the council meetings and performance of such other duties as required by law or requested by the City Manager.
