Dear Chehalis Residents,
This notice is to inform you that the City of Chehalis will be conducting water main replacement work along Greenwood Ave. The project is scheduled to begin on July 13, 2026, and is anticipated to continue through September 2026.
During construction, you may experience temporary traffic delays and limited access to certain streets. In addition, brief interruptions to water service may occur as new water lines are installed and connected to individual properties. The contractor will make every effort to minimize disruptions and will coordinate directly with affected residents when temporary driveway access restrictions are necessary.
We understand that construction activities can be inconvenient and appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete these critical infrastructure improvements.
