The City of Chehalis proposed to adopt a new subdivision section in the Chehalis Municipal Code (CMC) to incorporate permitting and process updates to ensure compatibility with current local regulations and systems. Changes and updates include providing more guidance and criteria necessary for subdivision development in the City of Chehalis. This is a non-project action under SEPA.
