The mission of the Chehalis Treatment Court is to assist justice involved residence living with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders to find recovery, limit their involvement with, and stay accountable to the justice system while growing as productive members of our community.
The Chehalis Treatment Court (CTC) program was initiated by Chehalis Municipal Court in 2024 with the unanimous support of the Chehalis City Council to support individuals with substance abuse and/or mental health disorders in seeking treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery. The mission of the CTC is to assist individuals with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders to find recovery, limit their involvement with, and stay accountable to the justice system while growing as productive members of our community. The CTC operates with support and supervision from the Lewis County Mental Health Court Program.
