Accountant / Payroll

The City of Chehalis Finance Department is hiring an Accountant / Payroll employee.  This position is responsible for processing and administering all aspects of the City's payroll and benefits system and a wide variety of moderately complex to advanced general accounting, auditing, and analytical tasks.  Please read the attached job description thoroughly to understand the full range of responsibilities and qualifications of this position. 

The City of Chehalis is looking to fill this position immediately so applications will be reviewed as they are submitted.  The position will remain open until filled.  Salary range $59,544 to $72,384 plus excellent benefits which include medical, dental, vision and participation in the Department of Retirement Systems.
