Description of Project or Proposal: Fuller Designs has applied for Environmental Determination under the State Environmental Policy Act on behalf of LAKEWOOD INVESTORS LLC. The proposed project includes construction of two (2) apartment buildings consisting of approximately 50 dwelling units and a clubhouse for resident use. The applicant/owner intends to develop a play area and natural open space area on the property for resident use. The proposal includes 11,500 CY of cut and 8,930 CY of fill, affecting approximately 10.39 acres in total.

This preliminary MDNS is issued under WAC 197-11-320 and the comment period will end on June 9, 2024. The final determination will be issued after the comment period has concluded.
