The Chehalis Police Department values information provided by citizens on problems or criminal activity in the city.  

People who take an active role in deterring and reporting crime are vital to our department.  To that end, we have created an online reporting form which you can use to report problems or provide crime tips.  You have the option to remain anonymous if you choose but having contact information is always helpful if we have additional questions.  The reporting form can be found in the link section below.
