ARTrails of Southwest Washington

Lewis County is home to many gifted artists.  ARTrails of Southwest Washington provides a chance for the public to meet artists right in their studios and watch them create their beautiful works of art.  Artwork includes paintings, sculptures, glass, jewelry, pottery, mixed media, fiber art, carved wood, basketry, enameling, collage, and much more ~ there's something for everyone!  Join ARTrails at their upcoming events.

2012 marks the 10th Annual Exhibition Gallery Opening Gala and Open Studio Tour.  This free, self-guided tour begins with a Gala Reception at the Exhibition Gallery in downtown Centralia's Historic Train Depot.  Studio tours are September 15-16 and 22-23.  Visit www.artrailsofsww.org for more information.

In 2011, ARTrails and Chehalis Community Renaissance Team formed the Chehalis Storefront Art Project, a joint effort to place artists and short- and long-term exhibits in empty Chehalis area storefronts to demonstrate Chehalis' commitment to the arts, while beautifying downtown areas and allowing artists a unique canvas.  For more information, click on the link below.
