REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RC MOWER R60 OR COMPARABLE

The Chehalis-Centralia Airport is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of a mower that matches or exceeds the specifications of an RC Mower R60, to be used for maintaining the airport's grounds and landscaping.

The selected vendor shall provide an advanced mower with features and functionalities that align with the specifications of the RC Mower R60 model. The mower will be used to ensure the proper upkeep of the airport's green spaces, ensuring safety and aesthetics for all airport visitors.

The desired mower shall meet or exceed the following specifications of the RC Mower R60 model:

• Mower Type: Remote-controlled
• Cutting Width: 60 Inches
• Engine Type: Gasoline Engine with a Minimum 38 HP
• Cutting Height Range: Adjustable from 2.5” to 7”
• Terrain Compatibility: Suitable for various terrains, including grassy areas, slopes up to 50°, and uneven surfaces.
• Maneuverability: Excellent maneuverability for precise cutting around obstacles and confined spaces.
• Remote Control Range: Minimum Range of 300’
• Safety Features: Integrated safety mechanisms to prevent accidents and ensure operator and bystander safety.
• Operation: Mower shall operate via a self-tensioning track drive system or equivalent. Mower tracks shall be constructed of rubber molded over steel links with steel cords or equivalent. Mower tracks shall be a minimum of 9 inches wide.

Proposals should include the following:

• Detailed technical specifications of the proposed mower.
• Clear pricing information, including the cost of the mower, any additional accessories, delivery charges, taxes, etc.
• Information about the vendor's experience in supplying similar mowers to airports or similar organizations.
• Warranty and after-sales service details.
• Any additional relevant information.
