Fall Opportunity Tour in Downtown Chehalis

Join the Chehalis Community Renaissance Team (CCRT) for our first Opportunity Tour on October 18, 2017.  This guided tour includes vacant buildings and spaces available for sale and lease in downtown.  Dreaming of a business downtown or perhaps you’re interested in real estate?  Simply curious about what is available? This is a great opportunity to check out what Downtown Chehalis has to offer in an informal, no obligation, open-house setting.

“We’re excited to go inside these buildings, hear from the owners and provide the opportunity for folks to brainstorm the possibilities these spaces have to offer,” said Executive Director, Annalee Tobey.  “Things are happening Downtown, from new murals, banners and bike racks to investments in building facades and fiber optic lines.  Together we are moving our community forward.  Introducing folks to the vacant spaces we have available and filling up downtown buildings is key to this process of growth.”
