The city clerk’s office ensures the safe-keeping of all official city documents and records, provides public information services, monitors bid processes and contract awards, prepares city council meeting minutes and agendas, and carries out all legal notice and recording requirements.
This page serves as public notice about development projects currently being reviewed that require a public notice period, such as SEPA or Conditional Use processes. Small projects, like a single-family home, or commercial renovations are unlikely to need a public notice period during their permit reviews.
