Overview and Accomplishments

City of Chehalis Washington Official Website

The Chehalis Renaissance Project is a chance for citizen volunteers to put a permanent positive stamp on the Chehalis community.

Much has been accomplished since the Chehalis Renaissance Plan was officially adopted by the Chehalis City Council in May 2009.  The attached overview highlights the mission and goals of the project, provides background on development of the plan, lists the implementation tasks within the plan, and most importantly, includes the many projects, activities,  and results that have been accomplished or are in progress.

The Renaissance Project is driven by the Chehalis Community Renaissance Team (CCRT) comprised of volunteers from all sectors of the community.   The CCRT meets on the second Friday of each month from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the basement meeting room of Chehalis City Hall.  If you would like to learn more, or are interested in one of the projects described in the overview, please give us a call or come to one of our meetings.  The CCRT welcomes and encourages citizen involvement.
